Husband got up to let the dogs out and noticed this perfectly round dark yellow (mustard color) thing that literally grew over night in our sliding door frame (only it was on the inside of the house). He went to clean it up and it popped, deflated and turned brown. What in the world could this have been? Is it dangerous? It's been quite rainy, and the track stays wet when it rains, but we bleach it regularly so not to grow mold because it's wet. Please let me know what this was and is it dangerous?Yellow Mold Spore? Fungus? HELP?
slime mold fungus.... dogs prob tracked the spore in on their paws or it blew in.... no biggie... just ugly....
