I have this penis fungus,


I went to doctor and he prescribed me this vaginal yeast infection creme. I've been applying it for two week, but it just doesn't want to go away.





What should I do ? How much time it takes to get it away?Penis Fungus?
2 weeks should have taken care of it but you should also have been wearing loose (maybe boxers) cotton underwear and pants, apply the medication as frequently as prescribed, wear nothing or a bathrobe around the house when practical, and otherwise keep the area dry and open to air as much as possible. You may also want to consider dusting with a bit of corn starch or unscented baby powder. If you done all or most of those things as well as the creme, I'd return to the doctor. Go back to your doctor and tell him, he may have to increase the dosage or change the script. I wouldn't take anything, over the counter or not, it could create problems you don't want. Unless a doctor prescribes it, don't take it.
First question is: are you circumcised?





If you have a foreskin then you need to try and keep the area under the fold dry , avoid sweaty activities for awhile, clean and DRY it before you apply the cream......Are you cleaning yourself properly before you apply the cream?





Uncircumcised men can get yeast infections easily especially in the summer. It may take a few weeks to clear.
I would go back to your doctor, or go to a chemist and ask for a diflucan tablet if you can buy them over the counter. Usually it takes about a week to clear and get better, maybe its something else, go get it checked out with your doc to be sure.
Penis fungus is the first stage of AIDS. Go back to your doctor immediately and if he doesn't diagnose you properly, sue him for malpractice.
