i think my cory got mouth fungus and it passed it on to one of my neon tetras. the tetras starting to grow white spots? what should i do ??? thanks.Helpp mouth fungus?????????
Colomnaris more than likely. A broad spectrium antibiotic is needed. However you stated your neon is getting white spots? Like ich or does it look like the colomnaris your cory has? These are two different things. What have your water quality tests been like and when was your last water change?
Weekly 25% with cleaning should be followed. If the tetra has the SAME type of white around the mouth or gill slits, treat with the antibacterial, however if you feel it is more like ich, it should be treated first since the parasites are more apt to kill off the fish faster. Follow the directions and remove your carbon when treating.Helpp mouth fungus?????????
