I think i have feet fungus! when i wear heels for a long time and my feet sweat, there will be black things on my shoe!!! what do i do please help!Feet fungus please help???? !!!?
Depending on your shoes, it might be a sweat stain. Sometimes when clothes, shoes or even jewlery get in contact with sweat they leave a ring or stain. Sometimes on the article, sometimes on you.
As for the fungus, get a good fungicide. The should sell them over the counter. Also, use Head and Shoulders shampoo on your feet.
You will also need to allow your feet to breathe until this is gone. Afterwards, make sure you use something to absorb moisture in your shoeFeet fungus please help???? !!!?
Just make sure to wash your feet daily with soap. wash between the toes. To help soften your feet use a small amount of vaseline
